"When moving from Jacksonville I asked facebook friends if anyone had a realtor that they recommend in the Indian River County area. There were several people mentioned. I did some "research" on them and based upon Kayla's profile and the video Sotheby's put out i choose her! I am so glad I did. Kayla met my needs 100%. At first we were looking for homes in the Indian River County area but then my husbands job transferred her to Brwvard County. I was a little worried that Kayla would back out but she didn't. We were looking at homes from over 3 hours away so there was a lot of back and forth through messages. Kayla always answered in a timely fashion! When we did make it down to see some houses we made a day of it since it was such a long drive. Kayla put together a folder with all the houses we were seeing in order. Each house had its own information sheet that I would read out loud to my husband as we were driving to the next. We did this several times before finding the right home. Once we did Kayla and her team went above and beyond to get us the price we wanted with all the specs as well. They even got us in the house a week early! Kayla was well informed on the houses!
