Kayla Shink

L.A. native Kayla Shink was raised to fluently speak the language of real estate: Her father is in commercial development and her mother is a successful Westside agent. Recently joining forces with her mother, realtor Andrea Shink, Kayla brings a work ethic and high level of customer service honed by her background as a personal assistant. Reliable by nature, habitually responsible and highly responsive, she works in tandem with Andrea to assist at showings, add crucial input to marketing and social media efforts and handle essential paperwork and client follow-ups. She provides critical administrative and assistant-level support and is essential in making certain all transactions proceed efficiently and effectively.

Thanks to her early exposure to real estate and development, Kayla is well-versed in construction, design and landscaping processes; Andrea’s additional expertise in divorce real estate cases, conservatorship, trust and probate properties have also led to her greater knowledge of the additional needs associated with each.

Born and raised in Beverlywood, Kayla brings a youthful city knowledge and a natural energy to her work. An avid consumer of pop culture, she also speaks conversational-level Spanish and loves to cook.
