About Kayle
Kayle is a South Florida native, born and raised. After earning an undergraduate degree in International Relations and a Masters in Nonprofit Management, she moved to Spain for a year to practice her Spanish and teach English at a school in Madrid. The lessons learned along the way have provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in her real estate career.
Kayle is a third-generation Realtor. Her father, Jay Rourke, is a top agent in the Florida Keys and is also a successful general contractor.
When it comes to her clients, Kayle believes in a philosophy of transparency. In her words – “Becoming a realtor and joining Compass allows me to help my friends and clients find their piece of paradise.”
Outside of real estate, she takes pride in being philanthropic. Kayle worked for the American Lung Association and volunteered throughout Broward schools with the goal to help students connect school and work.
