For me, real estate has never been just about houses—it’s about people, their stories, and the lives they’re building inside them.

I truly believe I have one of the most special jobs in the world because I get to play a small part in helping people make some of their biggest dreams come true. A home is so much more than an address. It’s where ordinary days turn into the memories you’ll carry with you for the rest of your life. It’s where families grow, friends gather around the kitchen, kids take their first steps, holidays are celebrated, and new chapters begin.

Getting to help someone find that place—or help a seller close one chapter so they can confidently step into the next—is something I never take for granted.

I bring both heart and experience to that process. With more than 55 real estate transactions and over $20 million in career sales volume, I understand that being a great agent means being much more than someone who opens doors or puts a home on the MLS. My clients need someone who can educate them, negotiate fiercely for them, anticipate problems, communicate clearly, and keep a complicated transaction moving forward—all while remembering that there is a real person and a real life behind every decision.

For buyers, I love the process of figuring out what “home” really means to you. Sometimes what you think you’re looking for at the beginning changes completely once we start exploring neighborhoods and walking through homes together. My job is to listen, learn what matters most to you, help you understand your options, and make sure you feel confident when the right home comes along.

For sellers, I approach the process with the same level of care. Selling a home is both a major financial decision and, often, an emotional one. My goal is to help you position your home strategically, market it thoughtfully, negotiate from a place of strength, and make the transition to whatever comes next as seamless as possible.
