About Keanna

With over $20 million in residential sales, Keanna serves as Founder of CBH Associates brokered by COMPASS RE, specializing in out-of-state relocations, listings, and income properties. When she doesn't have her real estate hat on, she enjoys tending to her garden and taking her SPCA rescue to the park.

Keanna has 10+ years experience with the State of Delaware as a grant administrator for housing and social services projects, including providing oversight for over 500 new construction and demolition/land deals with Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA). However, her introduction to real estate was her family's own investment history with a triplex in Newark, NJ, multiple single-family properties serving as landlord for Delaware Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher program, commercial/retail businesses, and assisting with appraisal services.

CBH Associates was founded to honor her late-father's legacy to help families achieve their dream of financial independence one home at a time! Clients are treated like family because the mission is to deliver attentive service to get familiar with the community - ie. how she wish her family had been helped when they relocated from New Jersey to Delaware in 2000. This is about more than a transaction… for many, the home buying and selling process is the largest transaction of their life.

CBH Associates services both commercial and residential sales in Delaware. However, we cannot assist with rentals and/or property management.
