Born and raised in Delavan, she proudly calls herself a true lakes-area native. After studying Business Marketing, Shannon sharpened her sales skills in Madison before returning home—where a sports injury serendipitously introduced her to real estate and to her husband, Rich. The area’s natural beauty and close-knit community convinced them to put down roots and raise their two active sons here. 

Living and working around Lake Geneva and Delavan lakes for more than 40 years has given Shannon intimate knowledge of every neighborhood, school district, and hidden pocket of value.
