About Keija
Keija Minor (pronounced Kia) brings a unique blend of legal expertise, media leadership, and design sensibility to Martha's Vineyard real estate. She grew up spending summers in Oak Bluffs and Edgartown before moving to Martha's Vineyard full-time in 2024.
After graduating from Howard University School of Law, Keija began her career as an attorney in New York City before pivoting to media, where she broke barriers and shaped national publications. She held senior editorial positions, including managing editor of LA Confidential and editor-in-chief of Gotham and Uptown Magazine. At CondƩ Nast, she made history as the first African American editor-in-chief when she led Brides magazine. She later served as Chief Operating Officer of Ebony Media Group. She has been featured on The Today Show, Good Morning America, and Bloomberg TV, and as a thought leader on Martha's Vineyard with speaking engagements with Vineyard Preservation Trust and the Vineyard Gazette.
Keija discovered her passion for home design in 2014 while renovating an East Hampton property that was featured on MarthaStewart.com. Since then, she has transformed multiple Vineyard homes, using her editorial eye and the love of architecture, interiors, and the coastal aesthetic. This experience, combined with her executive acumen, legal training, and deep ties with the Vineyard community, enables her to help sellers showcase their homes at their best and, when needed, help buyers envision how to transform a space into their ideal home.
