About Keith
Keith Normand is an accomplished and skilled sales professional who began his career in the hotel industry at the age of 19. Through hard work, determination, creativity, and the ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with clients and customers, he quickly climbed the corporate ladder. His experience as a Hotel Manager and Director of Sales taught him that hospitality and customer service are essential ingredients for a successful career and client relationships.

Since joining Gardner Realtors in 2015, and later transitioning to Latter & Blum in 2020, Keith has built a loyal following of repeat clientele. He is known as a fierce negotiator, creative problem-solver, and loyal advocate for his clients. Clients often praise his willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done to their satisfaction. These attributes contributed to him winning Gertrude Gardner's Rising Star award in 2016, and he has continued to be an award-winning Realtor® each year since joining the agency.

A New Orleans native, Keith spent about half of his time on the North Shore while growing up. In his adult life, he has owned homes on both the North and South Shore, which gives him extensive knowledge of New Orleans and its surrounding neighborhoods and parishes.
