Keith Rodgers brings more than 30 years of housing industry experience to his real estate clients.

Before becoming a REALTOR, Keith spent over two decades working directly with Texas homebuilders in building products, construction materials, sales, and marketing. That foundation allows him to evaluate homes through a lens that goes well beyond market statistics.

Today, Keith serves buyers and sellers throughout south Montgomery County and The Woodlands area. His builder background, combined with local market expertise and strong negotiation skills, helps clients make informed decisions and achieve their goals with confidence.

Keith is active in community leadership, serving as President of his HOA board and as a Director for Montgomery County MUD No. 115. He is also a Life Director with the Texas Association of Builders and holds multiple advanced real estate designations.
