Kelley Durham

With over 20 years of experience living in Nashville, Kelley Durham brings a
unique perspective to the real estate market as a builder’s daughter. Her deep-
rooted understanding of quality craftsmanship in both new and historic homes,
combined with her keen eye for design, allows her to envision potential
improvements and transformations that others might overlook. Kelley has
personally remodeled many of her own homes, showcasing her ability to blend
functionality with aesthetic appeal.

A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Kelley grew up in Knoxville and has
since made Nashville her home where she lives with her husband, Blair, a
Nashville native who leads a respected law firm in the middle Tennessee area,
and their two children. Her commitment to the community is evident through her
service on the board for the Sexual Assault Center and her extensive charitable
work with the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer as well as Eli’s house , a
therapeutic home for abused women and children.

In her free time, Kelley enjoys paying tennis and mahjong, traveling, and walking
with friends at Nashville’s beautiful Percy Warner park. Her passion for design
and dedication to her community make her a trusted, insightful, and
compassionate realtor in the Nashville area.
