She is patient and takes the time to make complicated processes easy to understand. She was on top of all the details and communicated with us every step of the way, which made us confident that we would get top dollar for our home. She advised how to prepare our home and followed up when there were questions. Some of the things she recommended, like getting a pre-inspection and uploading CCRs were spot on – I only wish they were doing those things here in DFW. Down the homestretch, we were receiving a lot of rain in our area, and since we were nearly packed up, we got worried about maintaining a clear pool for the buyers (chlorine seems to be in short supply). Kelley and her husband came over to check the pool and add shock to it so that it would be perfect when the new buyers moved in. It’s the little things that matter. We knew she was busy, but whenever she came by, she was never in a rush.
