About Kellie
Born and raised in the Hamptons, Kellie entered her professional real estate career in early 2013, shortly after graduating from the University of Tampa with a degree in Communication Studies. She began by working simultaneously as a marketing assistant and licensed salesperson, a dual role that gave her a strong foundation and a comprehensive understanding of both the listing and selling sides of a transaction.
In 2015, Kellie partnered with Chris Coleman and began focusing primarily on the Montauk market. Together, their team has consistently been the top-producing team in Montauk for over 10 years, establishing a reputation for excellence across residential, commercial, and land transactions. Over the course of her career, Kellie has been involved in more than 300 property sales and has successfully executed over 100 leases. The team surpassed $200 million in sales volume in 2021 and continued its momentum by closing over $180 million in sales volume in 2025, repeatedly earning a ranking within the top ten teams in the Hamptons for both transactions and sales volume.
Known for her strong work ethic, in-depth market knowledge, and positive energy, Kellie is a trusted advisor to her clients. She values the long-term relationships she builds and is deeply committed to making each client feel confident, informed, and connected throughout the process.
Kellie lives in Sag Harbor with her husband, who owns a local design company, and her daughter, who attends Sag Harbor Elementary School. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, traveling, kayaking in the bay, practicing yoga, running, and playing field hockey at her former high school.
Giving back to the community is a core value for Kellie. She actively spearheads charitable initiatives and fundraisers through the Compass Cares Committee, supporting organizations such as the Montauk Food Pantry, The Retreat, Fighting Chance, Eleanor Whitmore School, Hudsonās Helping Hands, and Hamptons Community Outreach.
