About Kelly

Kelly Burchill is a Broker Associate with Compass in Florida and New York, specializing in South Tampa luxury real estate, off-market opportunities, and NYC-to-Tampa relocation. A third-generation South Tampa native and member of the Claudine O’Rourke Team at Compass in Manhattan, she helps buyers and sellers navigate both markets with one coordinated strategy.

Kelly grew up in Sunset Park, graduated from H.B. Plant High School, and now raises her family just blocks from where she grew up. Her knowledge of South Tampa comes from a lifetime here, with particular focus on Sunset Park, Beach Park, Palma Ceia, Hyde Park, Davis Islands, New Suburb Beautiful, Parkland Estates, Virginia Park, and Ballast Point. She helps clients understand the differences between neighborhoods, individual streets, and properties that a listing description cannot explain.

Before entering real estate in 2015, Kelly spent a decade in television news. That reporting background shapes how she works today: researching ownership records, asking direct questions, investigating market activity, and finding the story that makes a property stand out. For sellers, she combines that research with strategic pricing, compelling marketing, and targeted outreach. For buyers, she looks beyond public listings to uncover off-market homes and connect with owners and agents.
