Born and raised in the charming small town of Port Sulphur, Kelly Becnel Cagle has deep roots in Southeast Louisiana. A proud graduate of Belle Chasse High and an LSU alum (Geaux Tigers!), Kelly has lived in various cities across the region, including Gretna, Baton Rouge, Covington, Bush, Braithwaite, Belle Chasse, Metairie, and Mandeville. With each move, she developed a keen appreciation for the diverse architecture and unique character of every neighborhood she called home.

Since moving to Mandeville in 2012, Kelly has become an integral part of the community, enchanted by its welcoming atmosphere and the abundance of activities it offers.
