Kelly Daniel is a seasoned real estate agent since 2007 with deep roots in Fairfield County, CT, where she has thrived for over two decades. Kelly grew up in Rancho Santa Fe and Del Mar, CA, enjoying the perfect weather, beautiful beaches and active lifestyle.  Moving from London in 2005 where she and her family lived for 5 years, Kelly embraced the charm of New England, drawn by its four distinct seasons and the vibrant lifestyle it offers. Her journey in real estate is a legacy, being a fourth-generation Realtor, with her mother running a boutique firm in Rancho Santa Fe, which is an affluent residential community in North County San Diego, renowned for its sprawling luxury equestrian estates, privacy, and scenic rolling hills. Her grandfather and great-grandfather making significant strides in commercial real estate in Miami and early railroad land sales in the South, respectively.

Kelly's passion for real estate is fueled by her love for the picturesque towns of Fairfield County. Having raised her family in New Canaan, she cherishes its quintessential New England charm, complete with delightful restaurants and shops. Now residing in South Norwalk, Kelly is excited about its dynamic growth and future developments, such as the Manresa Island project.

Her commitment to the community extends beyond real estate; for 16 years, Kelly has volunteered as an EMT with New Canaan EMS, a role that keeps her grounded and connected. Her market knowledge is unparalleled, and her dedication to her clients is evident in every transaction.

Outside of work, Kelly is an avid tennis and pickleball player, enjoys skiing, and finds inspiration in modern art galleries. Her family is her pride, with her children excelling in their respective fields—her son in the UCMC, her daughter pursuing an MSW at the University of Fairfield, and her youngest preparing for PA School while living in Los Angeles.
