"We worked with Kelly in June 2017, and she was hands down the best broker we have every worked with. Kelly was honest, helpful, and proactively reached out to us when she had apartments she thought would work for us. She first showed us an apartment in early June, and she was transparent with us in saying that there was already an application in on the unit. She helped us to apply anyway, but the first application ended up being approved. Kelly took the time to show us another unit in the same building (it ended up not being exactly what we were looking for) and also forwarded us information about a few others. At that time, she didn't have what we were looking for. However, she reached out to us a few weeks later when another unit in the same building came available (she actually contacted us a few days before it came onto the market). "After my search through so many apartment sites (Renthop, Craigslist, Apartable) I felt very overwhelmed with the amount of apartments that were online. I emailed a few brokers here and there, and had a couple of meetings, but it led nowhere for me.

Then I found Kelly through a quick google search which led me to Yelp. She immediately took the time to get to know exactly what I was looking for. I knew I couldn’t have it all, but she helped me look at many apartments in one day that were all within my criteria. She showed me no fee apartments and one month fee apartments.
