Although Kelly is in high demand due to her experience and knowledge, she was able to make me feel like I was her only client. "We bought our first house and utilized the expertise of Kelly O'Brien throughout the process. She is very responsive (something I think is essential in a good real estate agents), she is extremely knowledgable about the process and was always willing to advise us on her opinion of houses we saw if we asked for that input and she counseled us through some very tough situations. We wrote 13 offers before we got our house because it is a very tough market right now (many houses went under contract for at least $20K over asking or buyers waived inspections, etc.) and Kelly was supportive and communicative throughout the entire process. Also, I found it important that once we got under contract she was still always available for questions or concerns.
