"We first met Kelly at an open house in 2015 while vacationing at Kamaole Sands resort. We were not purchasing at the time but were looking to get an idea of the market for a future purchase. Kelly spent an entire day showing us properties in Maui knowing we were not ready to purchase. Kelly kept in constant contact with us over the next couple years providing us with listings to review. We sold our Seattle house in 2017 and headed straight to Maui to meet with Kelly and look for a home. Kelly was well prepared upon our arrival and was able to find us a condo that we purchased all in less than 3 weeks. We used our condo as a vacation rental for one year before moving permanently to Maui in 2018."
