"1950 Springfield was a unique and unexpected opportunity and without Kelsey's help I don't think we would have been successful in obtaining what is a perfect home for us. There was competition for this property and Kelsey dropped everything while on her European vacation to make sure we were in the best position to be chosen out of multiple interested buyers. Not only is she a pleasure to work with as buyers, she established a great working relationship with the seller's agent which became very important as the transaction progressed. This was definitely a "fixer" and Kelsey orchestrated all inspections (sewer, contractor, pest, plumbing, roofer etc)...it was no easy feat especially since we were out of the area during escrow. Not only that, she continued in her unofficial role as "project manager" after the close of escrow as we wanted to coordinate needed pest and floor work prior to our move in. Everything was seamless.
