Kelsey McCaffrey — REALTOR® with Heart, Hustle, and a Love for Home
I was born and raised in Santa Rosa, and there's truly no place like Sonoma County. Whether I'm playing soccer at one of our many local parks or heading out to Bodega Bay for a beach day with my dog, Rio, this place feels like home in every sense of the word. That's why I’m so passionate about helping others find their place here too.
After graduating from California State University, Chico in 2019, I joined Teach for America and made the bold move to New Mexico. I spent six incredibly meaningful years teaching and leading at one of the state’s top-performing public schools, working closely with historically underserved communities. I also went on to earn my master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in 2024 in educational leadership to deepen my commitment to leadership. My time in education shaped who I am as someone who is organized, intentional, and committed to serving others.
Eventually, I felt the pull to come home. Real estate was a natural next step. Another way to lead, to guide, and to help people through life-changing decisions. I approach every client relationship with the same care and purpose I brought to my classroom: I listen closely, I plan thoughtfully, and I support you every step of the way.
Whether you’re buying your first home, selling one full of memories, or simply exploring your options, I’m here to make the process clear, calm, and—dare I say—enjoyable. I love what I do, and I feel lucky everyday to do it in a place that means so much to me.
Let’s find your way home, together.
