Before serving as a sales manager at Compass, Kelsie worked as an agent and managed a successful team based in Jamaica Plain.
She found that the most fulfilling aspect of real estate was the creative problem-solving and strategizing that helped clients navigate a complex market, skills she now uses to support agents in establishing and growing their own successful businesses and adding value for their clients.
Prior to joining real estate in 2018, she spent a decade at Equal Exchange, the Fair Trade food company, where she collaborated with sales and marketing teams to grow market share, support sales and marketing initiatives, improve customer experience, and develop new chocolate flavors.
Kelsie lives in Roslindale with her family and enjoys gardening and tending to her flock of chickens.
