If you do decide to hire one going forward, you're in more than good hands with Kelvin and team. Here's the thing - he's been doing this in Austin specifically for two decades. You can't match that experience, especially given his transaction volume over the years. Kelvin is constantly thinking of stuff I'm not, bringing helpful ideas to the table, and delivering value far beyond simply putting a listing in the MLS or opening doors on the buying side. That's what people need, and that's what this profession was supposed to be.
