Virtually everyone here in Wildwood knows or knows of the Arritts. They are well-liked and trusted in this close-knit community of homeowners. I relate to Ken and Twila as friends and neighbors as well as prospective listing agents for me or my successor trustees to turn to when the time comes to sell my house upon my death. They have already prepared a comparative market analysis of my house which they will be updating as I periodically update my letter of instructions to my successor trustees. No one has quicker or better access to Wildwood market data than they do. They can also be helpful advisors about important but tangential matters leading up to the sale of a house. They have, for example, advised me on how best to handle the disposition of my personal property in anticipation of the house sale.
