About Ken
Ken Constantino has been successfully assisting his clients with their real estate needs since 1988. Born and raised in Burlingame and San Mateo, he is the youngest of twelve children of the late Paul J. Constantino, a leader in the local real estate community since 1948.

After graduating from San Mateo’s Junipero Serra High School in 1982, Ken went on to San Diego State University, earning a degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Military Science. He was commissioned a Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve and served ten years as a Transportation Officer.

In 1988, Ken began working with Park West Real Estate Corporation, a leading independent real estate firm, specializing in residential sales and property management near Downtown San Diego. In 1993, Ken moved back to the Peninsula, and headed the sales division of Town & Country Realty of Burlingame. It was here that Ken further developed his negotiating skills, expertise in assisting his residential/commercial clientele, and appreciation for community service.

In 1998, Ken joined an elite group of real estate professionals at the San Mateo Office of Alain Pinel Realtors. In 2019, Compass acquired APR, creating a new modern real estate company that I am proudly affiliated with. In addition to expanding his successful and top-producing real estate practice, Ken has volunteered his services and expertise with the Downtown San Mateo’s Long-Term Parking Committee, San Mateo Public Library Foundation, the Aragon Foundation, and most recently with the Citizen’s Oversight Committee of the Hillsborough City School District. Ken’s clients have complimented his fine work through referrals and repeat business. Currently, Ken is also the President of the Calistoga Spa, Inc., Board of Directors.

In his free time, Ken enjoys long-distance running, exercising, gardening, and traveling with his family. Ken has a tremendous passion for wine and the making of fine Napa Valley Cabernet. He also enjoys practicing the Spanish language with clients and friends. Ken Constantino and his wife, Debra, have four adult children.
