Ken is also the president at Alchemy Management Group, Inc., a boutique real estate investment and solutions company. In the past few years, we have become a go-to real estate investment company. Currently, we buy properties to rehabilitate and solve problems to create value for both investors and homeowners. Once rehabilitated, we resell homes, keep as rentals, or sell as rent-to-own. Our goal is to create long-term relationships by providing solutions for homeowners and earning an excellent return for our investment partners.
