Ken has spent the last 10 years helping clients buy their perfect home or sell their home for top-dollar across the Charlotte Metro Area. His list-to-sell ratio is one of the highest in Charlotte, while his days-on-market average is one of the lowest. With his extensive network of Realtors and builders – plus a deep knowledge of Charlotte’s historic in-town neighborhoods – Ken has a proven ability to make sure buyers and sellers successfully navigate the competitive, fast-paced Charlotte market. He also brings passion and diligence to every client relationship while keeping the process fun and relaxed.

Ken moved to Charlotte from Manhattan in 2008, and fell in love with the Queen City and her friendly Southern charm. He and his family live in Plaza Midwood. When he’s not negotiating smooth transactions to find you the right home at the right price or selling your home for top dollar, Ken spends time raising money for the literacy organization he founded. Realtors Read encourages childhood literacy by giving books to local kindergarten students in Title 1 schools.
