Kendall Clay is originally from Franklin, TN he set his eyes west to the City of Angels after graduating college where he spent a couple of years soaking up the beautiful sun rays. From this stint, it led him to returning back to Nashville.
Kendall has acquired several years of customer service experience, with his most outstanding being owning his own lawn care company starting at the age of 11. While in California he spent his time working for a real estate developer & as a realtor. Which helped him learn the ins and outs of the mind-blogging City of Angels real estate. After his stint in CA, he came back to Nashville, where he spent time working as an assistant to a top-producing real estate agent. During this stint, he decided he wanted to get his license in Nashville which led him to where he is now. Kendall is eager and ready to find or sell the right home or investment property for his prospective clients. He is attentive to details while focusing on the needs of his clients.
In his spare time, he enjoys going to auto shows, hiking, working out, as well as stopping by open houses so that he can stay abreast of the latest trends
