Kendall is frequently acknowledged in her business endeavors and personal life for her communication, negotiation skills, leadership, and keen attention to detail. 

Born and raised in Marin County, California, Kendall moved to the Midwest in 2018 to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Legal Studies. Upon graduating, Kendall made Chicago her permanent home after falling in love with the people and the atmosphere. As a California native who found her home here in Chicago, she understands the importance of finding the right place that fits your needs and lifestyle. 

Outside of work, being outdoors, practicing yoga, working out, and spending time with friends and family are Kendall's passions. When she's not meeting with clients or showing homes, you'll find her along Chicago's lakefront, enjoying life and asking passersby if she can pet their pups.
