About Kendall
For over two decades Kendall has successfully helped buyers, sellers, and developers in the Boston area and suburbs achieve their real estate goals. Averaging $30 million dollars in residential sales and rentals per year, Kendall’s knowledge of the market, extreme dedication and attentiveness to her clients, as well as the respect she’s earned among other Realtors in the area are a few of the reasons why her clients turn to her again and again.

Born and raised in Cambridge, Kendall also brings invaluable community insights to her extensive real estate experience. She grew up around the real estate development industry and after becoming a Realtor, Kendall quickly established a knack for developing as well. Over the years, she’s had many noteworthy residential developments in Cambridge and truly enjoys managing a project from start to finish.

Her husband, Andrew is also a licensed contractor, and they often collaborate on various home renovations together.
