Kendall McIlhenny

Park Cities native, Kendall McIlhenny, has spent the past 5+ years learning the ins and outs of residential real estate from Dallas’ top-producing team, Detwiler+Wood. Starting out as the team’s transaction coordinator and quickly transitioning into Michelle Wood’s right-hand man for the last 3+ years, has given Kendall the exposure to diverse and complex transactions. Kendall and Michelle work together to provide an unparalleled level of expertise and customer service to each client they have the opportunity to work with.

Kendall quickly learned that no two transactions are the same and that strong client relationships, anticipating the market and listening to your client to understand their end goal is key to success in this ever-changing market. Her organizational skills, personable qualities, and confident energy ensures each client with a seamless and fun transaction. Living in East Dallas and growing up in University Park, Kendall has extensive knowledge in premiere neighborhoods, including Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Bluffview, Devonshire and East Dallas.

Graduating from Texas Tech University, where she received a Business Marketing degree, has led her to continuously think outside the box and come up with different and creative ways to better serve their clients.

2021 was a record year for Detwiler+Wood, producing over $350 million in sales. Since its opening in January 2018, Compass has recognized Detwiler+Wood as the highest-producing team in the DFW market, and in 2020, Detwiler+Wood was the #1 Compass team in Texas. In the first quarter of 2020, the team hit a major milestone, achieving $1 Billion in total sales.
