About Kendra

As a fifth-generation Houston native, Kendra's first-hand knowledge of the market fuels her pride for the city and its surrounding areas. This combined with her love for all things home, dedication to nurturing relationships and consistently providing her clients exceptional service makes Kendra a well-rounded, trusted advisor. She believes that finding the right home is not just a transaction, but a journey that should be enjoyable and stress-free.

She earned her Bachelors degree at Baylor University. Kendra began her real estate career as a Marketing & Client Services Coordinator with a top producing tenant-rep Industrial Real Estate team where she immersed herself in the real estate industry, and gained experience by creatively collaborating with new and tenured clients to execute complex real estate transactions to fulfill their business goals. It was only a matter of time before she dove into the exciting world of residential by joining the Carruthers Real Estate Group, where she's eager to provide her clients with the utmost service and care throughout the process in helping make Houston their home.

Active in her community, Kendra is a member of the Junior League of Houston and the Kappa Kappa Gamma Houston Alumnae Association. She and her husband reside in Spring Branch with their lab-mix pup, and enjoys working out, cheering on the Astros, and trying out new patios and restaurants! Her deep-rooted love for Houston is evident in everything she does, making her a knowledgeable realtor and an enthusiastic ambassador for the city she calls home.
