About Kendyll

Kendyll has been proudly calling Philadelphia home since 2011, and has centered her real estate career on helping people find the right fit within the city she loves. After living in several Philly neighborhoods and buying her own West Philly home in 2018, she understands firsthand what it takes to navigate the city's ever-evolving market.

Kendyll's real estate foundation runs deep. She grew up in Downingtown in a home built by her parents - both real estate professionals - and has spent years working throughout the greater Philadelphia area. That upbringing, combined with hands-on renovation experience, gives her a practical eye for homes and a deep appreciation for how older city properties function, age, and improve over time.

Since 2021, Kendyll has worked extensively in corporate relocation, helping clients who are new to Philly get to know the city and secure their first rental or purchase here. She specializes in guiding people through not just the transaction, but the transition - connecting them to neighborhoods, lifestyle rhythms, and the realities of living in Philly.

A Temple University graduate and professional actor, Kendyll brings strong communication skills, flexibility, and creativity to every client relationship. She and her husband are the co-founders of Relic Theatre Company, a Philly-based company focused on producing locally-driven work with local actors. When she's not working with clients or making theater, you can likely find her at home in West Philly with her husband and their three cats, who fully believe they run the place!
