Kenneth Askenase

Ken is a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. His career began in property ownership and management, where he oversaw a portfolio of multi-family properties throughout Manhattan and the Bronx. During this time, he also served on the Board of Directors for the Bronx Realty Advisory Board, contributing his expertise to the broader real estate community. 

After successfully selling his portfolio, Ken enjoyed a few years of retired life. However, his deep-rooted passion for real estate and desire to engage with his local community drew him back—this time with a focus on residential real estate. 

A lifelong resident of Roslyn, Long Island, Ken was born and raised in the community and later raised his own children there. His long-standing connection to the area, along with a firsthand appreciation of how it has evolved, gives him a unique and informed perspective on Roslyn and its surrounding neighborhoods. This local insight, combined with his decades of real estate experience, enables Ken to guide buyers and sellers with clarity, confidence, and care. 

Now a proud member of Team Allison Hollander at Compass, Ken brings a wealth of industry knowledge, a deep understanding of the Long Island market, and a personal touch to every client relationship. Ken resides in Roslyn with his wife and their dog, Ollie. He cherishes the moments when his adult children and their significant others return home, enjoying the warmth and connection of family.
