About Kenneth
Kenneth is an Oakland native and veteran of the real estate industry. He got his start flipping houses and has experience with investment, wealth management, and insurance claims negotiation.

Kenneth has been recognized as a top producer since receiving his license and was recently recognized as one of the top 250 small teams in California by REAL Trends and top 50 in AREAA's A-List. He has worked hard to cultivate a strong reputation using the latest tech tools and forward-thinking marketing strategy.

He is also dedicated to giving his clients honest, direct feedback, and sparing them from the high-pressure sales tactics often employed by industry peers. Kenneth uses his experience renovating homes to provide his clients with realistic insights on potential issues and real-world solutions and costs. He believes that being transparent and working in his client's best interest is the only way to ensure a positive and rewarding experience.

He is a graduate of Cal State Hayward, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration. He served as the vice president for the Asian Real Estate Association in 2016 and has consistently performed as one of the top ten percent of East Bay Realtors.

When not working with clients, Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife, Dora, children, Elyse, Enzo, & Esme and dog Clover. He is an avid traveler, and he loves to snowboard, scuba dive, and plays basketball and football.
