"When it came time to sell our second home in Truckee, we turned to the realtor who had sold us our home. He, in turn, introduced us to his partner, Kenny Rutledge. What a find Kenny was! "My wife and I decided it was time to sell our beautiful Lake Tahoe home. The big question became, “how do we go about this?” Lake Tahoe is unique place to live and although it is one of the most beautiful and spectacular places on the planet it does come with some real-world issues such as selling real estate. Yes, during hot real estate markets you can just put up a sign and sell any home but when entering into a what I call a very challenging market then being in Lake Tahoe presents some challenges that are different from a big city. Over the last year and a half, we had been receiving a newsletter from Kenny Rutledge that came about once a month. In the newsletter Kenny always named a destination place, a music event or a restaurant in Lake Tahoe that we had never been to and we found it super awesome to go discover these new places that Kenny would write about.
