"Kenyon was great to work with. We had trouble selling our home in 2021 and decided to relist in 2023 with a new agent (Kenyon). With two open houses the first weekend listed we had multiple offers above asking price. Unfortunately the offer we accepted fell through but Kenyon had us back on the market the same weekend with another open house and we accepted an offer above asking price. We really appreciated the great advertising that he did for our home as well. "Kenyon was awesome to work with and extremely patient in helping me navigate purchasing my first home! He was very professional and never pushy even though I wasn't in a rush to buy a home, but I ended up finding something I loved after going to a handful of showings. As a first-time home buyer, he was great at educating me through each step of the process and was always responsive to my many questions. The real estate market in LA is tricky, but he helped me through the offer process and we were able to negotiate off $25,000 off the asking price as well as getting the seller to agree to minor maintenance repairs worth $1,000 after inspection. My appraisal also came in at $5,000 over the purchase price which I was very happy about. Even after closing on the home, he was helpful in making sure all loose ends were tied up and that I was all settled in my new home. "Kenyon was great to work with - he was actually a referral from a colleague at work. He was patient with me as a first time buyer and we worked together for over a year (market is tough right now)! We saw probably 30+ homes and put in over 10 offers. Most offers were over ask and Kenyon was good about giving guidance to be competitive. Unfortunately most offers were still beat, due to being a single income buyer, but he was helpful throughout the process and understanding of my situation/needs.
