With two open houses the first weekend listed we had multiple offers above asking price. Unfortunately the offer we accepted fell through but Kenyon had us back on the market the same weekend with another open house and we accepted an offer above asking price. Kenyon began his career as a Realtor in Denver, Colorado in 2018 and expanded his real estate business to Los Angeles, California in 2022. Splitting time between the beaches of Santa Monica and the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, he has helped more than 90 families achieve their real estate goals over his 8-year career. With the help of full-time business partners operating in both markets, Kenyon ensures clients receive consistent, hands-on support wherever they are.
