"Kenyon was great to work with. We had trouble selling our home in 2021 and decided to relist in 2023 with a new agent (Kenyon). With two open houses the first weekend listed we had multiple offers above asking price. Unfortunately the offer we accepted fell through but Kenyon had us back on the market the same weekend with another open house and we accepted an offer above asking price. "Kenyon was awesome to work with and extremely patient in helping me navigate purchasing my first home! He was very professional and never pushy even though I wasn't in a rush to buy a home, but I ended up finding something I loved after going to a handful of showings. As a first-time home buyer, he was great at educating me through each step of the process and was always responsive to my many questions. The real estate market in LA is tricky, but he helped me through the offer process and we were able to negotiate off $25,000 off the asking price as well as getting the seller to agree to minor maintenance repairs worth $1,000 after inspection. Growing up alongside his grandfather (a respected real estate developer in Santa Fe, New Mexico) Kenyon developed an early appreciation for the impact real estate can have on families, communities, and long-term wealth. Those experiences laid the foundation for a career built on trust, professionalism, and genuine relationships.
Kenyon launched his real estate career in Denver, Colorado, in 2018 before expanding his business to Los Angeles in 2022. Over the past eight years, he has helped more than 100 families buy, sell, invest, and relocate with confidence. Today, with trusted business partners operating full-time in both California and Colorado, Kenyon provides seamless support across two of the country's most competitive markets while leveraging a nationwide referral network to assist clients wherever life takes them.

He lives in Los Angeles with his fiancƩe, Julia, and their long-haired miniature Dachshund, Magnolia ("Noli").
