Kerri Lewin

Kerri Lewin is a Los Angeles native with deep roots in the Northern Los Angeles area. Her passion for helping others achieve their dream of home ownership fuels her success in her Real Estate career. Licensed since 2000 and recognized year after year for her production, Kerri specializes in residential Real Estate in the La Cañada, La Crescenta, Glendale and Pasadena and surrounding market areas.

With an eye for space and design she is able to walk her clients through a home and their minds to the possibilities. Whether she is working with a buyer or seller, she can see past the ordinary to see the extraordinary within the walls.

Utilizing her vast knowledge of the home buying and selling process, she is able to effortlessly make each transaction run efficiently. Well known for her professionalism, integrity and sense of humor, Kerri has built long lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

In addition to the being a member of the local and national Realtor® Associations, Kerri served as a Board Member of the Pasadena - Foothills Association of Realtors Charitable Foundation for 5 years where its volunteer members focus on raising funds for nonprofit organizations within the local communities that focus their services towards the underprivileged, fostering tomorrows leaders through scholarships and to promote the positive impact that Realtors® have within the community.  She currently serves on the Crescenta Valley Town Council a democratically elected position. The official purpose of the Council is to listen to, address, and communicate “residents’ needs, ideas, and concerns to the appropriate public agencies, City, County and State, including, [but not limited to, the Hon. Kathryn Barger],” the Fifth District’s and La Crescenta-Montrose’s official, elected representative on the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. To that end, the Council is currently the Los Angeles County unincorporated area’s main advisory body to the County Supervisor’s office & other governing agencies, as well as an organized institution that is often counted on to facilitate community-wide forums to inform or garner opinion from residents.
