Kerrick is the team’s Mammoth Lakes specialist, having moved there originally in 1999. He has been practicing real estate in Mammoth since 2006, enjoying many years since as a top producing agent in that region. Has been a Managing Broker, and also has served on the Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors as a Director. He now represents Mammoth Lakes for the Compass Resort Division.

Kerrick met his wife (and teammate), Huda, in San Diego in 2015. They have since realized many of their goals of travel, real estate investing, and establishing a top producing real estate team serving both San Diego and Mammoth Lakes…The Helton Team. They have also grown a family and their boys are the center of their world.
