Selling your home can be very overwhelming. The realtor you select can make this a successful endeavor or an emotional and financial disaster. I made the right choice with Kerry Adams!
I was on a wait list for an apartment and had to accept or decline in 4 days. I immediately called Kerry and at a moment’s notice, she came over to discuss. She laid out her marketing plan for selling the home and helped establish a list price that would give me a great return and move the property as soon as possible.
She gently prodded me to get the house staged to make a big impact. We did it together at a minimum expenditure. She even brought her own outdoor umbrellas and other personal items to enhance the backyard patio and pool area.
Needless to say she did a great job! Using her suggestions, the house looked terrific and sold in 3 days at full price. Hats off to Kerry. Mary Ann K.
We had the highest of expectations from the start and you certainly met them. The process was professional, smooth, and just plain easy from beginning to end. The interesting part was how well you all know the market and were spot on with every observation and prediction about what would happen. You were attentive and responsive to the myriad of emails that we sent and helped us through a hair-raising patch when our closing date on the new house shifted out from under us. Moving is not for the faint of heart and you made it a piece of cake. We are most grateful to have gone through this with you and not someone else. Janet L.
As first-time home buyers, my wife and I were very nervous about the home buying experience; add in the pandemic and we were very confused. But the team made the process seamless and safe. We were able to find a great home to raise our daughter in and we are confident we would not be moving in next week without them.
