Hard work, commitment, flexibility, problem solving, and grit are the keys to success, and Kerry Lather demonstrates those qualities in abundance. Her authenticity, passion, and connectivity bring the perfect balance to a business focused on personal relationships. Kerry brings nearly three decades of professional experience in corporate marketing, business analysis, full-time volunteerism, and the real estate industry.

After working for two world-class corporations in Disney and Coca-Cola, and building an incredible business foundation, Kerry used that knowledge and experience as a full-time volunteer at her daughter’s schools, leading hundreds of other parent volunteers in a variety of roles, all with the end goal to serve others and benefit the students. As a leader of volunteer efforts to raise funds, build community, and plan and execute events at multiple schools, Kerry has chaired committees that raised over $1 Million!

As a real estate agent, Kerry helped drive back-to-back record-setting Tampa home sales in 2022 and 2023, has shared expertise as a listing and selling agent, and has helped clients with luxury home sales, lot splits and vacant land sales, investment properties, condominiums, and second home sales. She connects with her clients by relating to the excitement, challenge, and reward of achieving big goals with winning results.

To serve others and give back to the community, Kerry donates $1,000 from every closing to her client’s school, church or charity of choice, in honor of her clients.  It feels great to support organizations close to her clients’ hearts, and it is truly the icing on the cake!

A Florida native, Kerry was born and raised in Mt. Dora, Florida, graduated from Mt. Dora High School, and from Florida State University, where she earned a B.S. in Business, and later, from Rollins College, where she earned her MBA.

Kerry is happy to call Tampa, Florida home for more than 23 years, and having lived in New Tampa, Lutz, and South Tampa, is familiar with the many wonderful areas of Tampa Bay. She is a major college football fan, loves all Tampa sports teams, and enjoys walks and bike rides with her husband throughout South Tampa, sampling amazing cuisine in Tampa’s many restaurant and wine bar options, training for the annual Gasparilla 15K, and cheering on her beloved FSU Seminoles.
