Kerry Wade

Kerry developed a passion for real estate at an early age. Her parents liked to travel and were always searching for properties in new locales, this became the basis for her passion for travel, for homes, and real estate in general.

Kerry has traveled to many parts of the world and has lived in Great Britain, and Italy, as well as the United States. She first obtained her real estate license in 1999 and began her career by selling multi-residential apartment buildings in Los Angeles. She loves working with income property clients and residential real estate clients alike. She currently sells real estate in the greater Los Angeles area including the South Bay beach cities.

Kerry has a a background in sales, marketing and project management which enables her to ensure her clients the best possible outcome for their real estate needs.
