"Kevin helped us with buying our first house(a condo in San Carlos), selling our condo four years later and buying our house in San Carlos. Whenever we worked with him, Sya(his partner) also helped us. The condo we bought was on the market for a while and we initially did not even go to see the open house thinking it was out of our range. But Kevin saw the opportunity and encouraged us to try our luck. We bought the condo at a good price and sold it for a good profit four years later, so that worked very well for us. Kevin also connected us with a mortgage broker at one of our current banks, which provided a smooth mortgage experience. The care that Kevin took to prepare our offer package was critical to our offer being selected.
Escrow to Close: Again, Kevin provided amazing support leading up to the close of escrow. He worked closely with our mortgage broker and escrow officer to keep us informed on where we were in the process and was always available to answer our questions and help keep calm our nerves. When we needed to push out our close by a day (due to circumstances out of anyone’s control), Kevin worked closely with the seller’s realtor to make sure everyone understood the situation and was on the same page.
