I’m Kevin Aponte, a real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate across Argentina, Bolivia, and now the U.S. My journey began in South America, where I worked with leading real estate firms in highly competitive markets, gaining hands-on experience in everything from property showings and negotiations to contract execution and closings.
Over the years, I’ve helped countless clients buy and sell homes, navigate competitive market conditions, and make confident, informed decisions. I also led the leasing strategy for one of Bolivia’s most prestigious business towers, successfully attracting major international corporations and national brands. From prospecting and showings to lease negotiations and client relationship management, I was deeply involved in every step of the process—developing a strong foundation in high-level deal-making and strategic marketing.
Now based in Naples, Florida, I’m proud to be part of Compass, where I continue to bring my international perspective, proactive approach, and passion for real estate to every client I serve.
