About Kevin D.

Kevin is an experienced real estate agent with a diverse background in the industry. He has been licensed since 2003 and has worked in both single family homes, new construction and condos. He has represented developers and builders, gaining valuable experience in these areas.

Prior to his real estate career, Kevin spent 17 years in marketing, management, and consulting for retail organizations in the horticulture field. He owned and managed Bryant Greenhouses Inc. and Distinguished Gardens, and also worked as a lawn and garden consultant for major retailers such as Lowe's Home Improvement, Walmart, and Home Depot.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Kevin is dedicated to making a positive impact in his community. He is actively involved in various organizations and charitable causes such as Aids Walk KC, Aids Service Foundation, KC Care Clinic, and Save, Inc. He is also a founding board member of the MALGBT (Mid-American LGBT Chamber of Commerce), and advocates for the LGBTQ+ community.

Outside of work and his community involvement, Kevin enjoys gardening, traveling, and spending time with his husband, Tom, another agent on the Locate team. They share their home with their adorable dogs, Betty White and Dolly Parton. He is also a proud father to Austin and Lauren, and enjoys doting on his two grandsons, Boston and Briggs and several grandpupppies!
