Kevin Calkins

Kevin is a lifelong resident of Oak Park and attended Ascension Grammar School and Fenwick High School. After earning his degree from the University of Illinois, Kevin and his wife returned to Oak Park and purchased their first home together, where they still live with their four children and black lab. Kevin's children are currently enrolled in the High School District 200 (Oak Park and River Forest High School) and District 97 (Percy Julian Middle School and Longfellow Elementary School) schools. Kevin's children have benefited greatly from the vast educational resources available to Oak Park residences; from the progressive curriculum to the special education programs. Needless to say, he has a sound understanding and deep appreciation of the Oak Park school system and its exceptional services.

After twenty-five years of working as a Broker and a Trader for a proprietary trading group at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Kevin has transitioned his expert negotiating skills in attaining optimal pricing for proprietary trading groups into an asset for assisting his clients in the ever-changing real estate market.
