" Kevin went above and beyond the entire duration of our first home-buying experience (purchased July 2019 in Parker, CO). Kevin was available 24/7 to answer questions and show us homes. I distinctly recall sending Kevin ~8 houses we wanted to see on a Thursday evening, and we wanted to see them all Friday. Kevin made it happen. Friday morning, I found a few more homes I was interested in, and without complaint or hesitation, Kevin showed these homes the same day! As I mentioned, Kevin made himself available night and day for the duration of the process, but, he even kept in touch months AFTER we moved in! Kevin demonstrated the best customer service I've ever received, from any industry. Buying a home is a huge, life-altering commitment. Certainly, excellent customer service and friendliness is what brought Kevin and I together, but that alone wasn't enough to bring me to close on a home. Kevin, however, truly fostered a relationship of trust and patience. I never felt pressured; I recall him frequently reminding me that if I was uncomfortable in any way, that was okay, and I should trust my gut. Additionally, Kevin was unequivocally transparent and honest. I asked a LOT of questions, especially several scenario-based "what if" type questions. Kevin provided truthful answers, every time, even when they weren't the answers I wanted to hear (e.g., the likelihood that the AC could go out at any time). Bottom Line: Kevin is kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and a damn hard worker. He creates an environment of transparency and trust, and never pressures or adds to the stress of the home-buying experience. I will use Kevin for my future property/home sales and purchases. I highly recommend Kevin for any of your real estate needs. "
