Kevin Chiao

Compass is proud to announce its association with Kevin Chiao. Kevin was raised in the Bay Area, attended UCLA, and was previously a practicing attorney at a prominent law firm with a background in estate planning, corporate law, and tax. Kevin is also a real estate developer and regularly assists clients renovate homes before sale or after purchase through his vetted network of contractors. He has worked in the United States Federal Courts, publicly traded companies and has been trained in negotiations from Harvard Law School.

Aside from his professional experience, and perhaps more importantly, Kevin is intimately familiar with the nuances of the Peninsula and Bay Area real estate market.
