“Kevin was our Real Estate agent, on the recommendation of our son who knew him through a business group, when we came back to California in 2009. He was friendly, professional and got right to work finding properties for us to view. We narrowed down our criteria over the weeks he worked with us and the moment we saw the property we eventually purchased, we had fallen in love with it. We are still in love with it 5 years later. I have Kevin's Calendar hanging on my office wall, and just this August 22nd, saw where he had hand-written on the calendar - "5 Year Anniversary of Your Home Purchase." That's just the kind of realtor Kevin is, personable and professional. He worked with a local realtor on the property we bought and continued to treat us with the attention to detail we needed to get the job done. The owner lived across the country and there were details that needed working out, removal of debris, settling of permit violations, and negotiation of price, which were complicated by the distance. Kevin didn't miss a step. If we ever sell - he will be the first one we'll call for an agent.” - Judy

“Kevin and Diane were fantastic throughout the entire process. Both were extraordinarily responsive, and their knowledge of the area and thoughtful guidance from start to finish allowed us to achieve a top-dollar sale of our home--even while other similar homes in the immediate neighborhood continue to struggle to find a buyer. Additionally, their willingness to shepherd along maintenance and repair projects was invaluable to us, especially given our busy schedules. Overall, it would have been absolutely impossible for us to get the results we did without their help. I recommend them without qualification.” - Scott, Carmel Valley

“My husband and I are absolutely blown away by the service we received from Kevin & Diane! They are so knowledgeable, so personable, and they get things done! There have been so many times that Kevin and Diane went way above and beyond for us - it started with our move back to San Diego from Texas two years ago, when they picked up our rental keys and left them in a lock box for us, because we'd be arriving after our rental office was closed! How many realtors do you know that would go to such amazingly helpful extremes, especially regarding a rental, before we were even ready to buy yet?! Throughout the last two years, Kevin and Diane have continued to impress us daily with their quick responses, availability when we frantically needed them, and their support throughout the process of closing on our dream home just last week!! We can't recommend these two enough!!” - Jodi, Point Loma

“Kevin and Diane were amazing and was such a big help in helping me sell my mom's house, a very delicate situation. They were professional, classy, and was a blessing from beginning to end. They made a situation that was tough for me one that was as easy as it could be, taking care of all the minor details. I would recommend them to anyone!” - Sandra, Poway
