Kevin has been a full time licensed residential real estate agent since 1980. Kevin has extensive knowledge in the I-580/680 corridor from Livermore to Walnut Creek. His practice includes residential sales and listings, corporate relocation, and he specializes in the Dublin market. Kevin contributes to Dublin Schools, is a member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and has served as a board member on both of the Chamber of Commerce and The Silvergate Highlands Home Owners Association. Kevin has also been a volunteer for Dublin Partners in Education helping the local schools with events and project. Kevin also has experience with bank owned REO, Short Sales, and expert witness testimony.
Personal
Kevin is a native San Franciscan and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Francisco in 1977. He has been a San Ramon Valley resident since 1980. Kevin and his wife live in Dublin. He is an avid athlete in mountain/road biking and skiing. Kevin has done the Alcatraz swim to San Francisco twice and has ridden the “Death Ride” 6 times. He is a mountain bike coach for adults, middle school and high school riders. He holds a NICA and IMBA coaching certificates. Kevin teaches skiing to adults and children at Palisades Tahoe, a premier resort in the Lake Tahoe region. He is a certified PSIA instructor and has a Child Specialist Certification Along with a USSA coaching certification.
